Philosophy

We are a comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic. Each visit to Seattle Spine & Rehab Medicine starts with a thorough history and physical exam, which may include ordering and/or reviewing basic and advanced imaging or other diagnostic studies.. We treat a variety of spine and musculoskeletal conditions including work related and personal injuries, whiplash and other motor vehicle related injuries, scoliosis (adults and adolescents), sports injuries and other soft tissue conditions.

Our goal is to provide you with a working diagnosis and then offer a comprehensive treatment plan. We work closely with many providers in the community. We will help assist you if your condition needs further non-operative management, including chiropractic referral, physical therapy and/or medication management or reassurance about your condition.

If you are not progressing with non-invasive care, we can provide an array of soft tissue injections, x-ray-guided spinal injections, or referrals for surgical consultation if appropriate.

Ultimately we strive to help patients reduce their pain and increase their function whether it is for purposes of work, activities of daily living, or sports and recreational pursuits. We always start with the least invasive treatment approach, whether that is through traditional medical, or alternative treatment methods. But, if your condition has not responded to care or is more serious, then we will also offer spine and/or joint injections, and advice about obtaining a surgical consultation.

Services offered at Seattle Spine & Rehab Med include:

Trigger point injections
Lumbar spine and SI joint injections under Fluoroscopic Guidance
Electrodiagnostic Studies (EMG and Nerve Conduction Studies)
EMG-guided muscle injections
Review of XRAYS, MRI and other spine imaging
Feldenkrais classes
