Designated Parking

1. The designated parking available to our patients located across Eastlake Ave and down the street from our office. Please make sure to give yourself additional time to get settled in order to arrive at your appointment on time.
2. Disabled parking is available on a limited basis in the small parking lot next to our building.
3. Street parking may also be available nearby.
4. See below for directions or use the address 3100 Eastlake Ave E. Seattle, WA 98102 for GPS directions to the standard parking lot. This is a newer address, so GPS directions are not perfect. Please see below for more detail. (Use our clinic’s address for directions to the lot with disabled parking spaces.)

Standard Parking Directions

1. Northbound I-5: Exit 168A, turn left onto Lakeview Blvd., continue straight onto Boylston Ave., turn left onto E Roanoke St., then turn right onto Eastlake Ave. E. Follow Eastlake Ave E until you pass E Allison St. Our parking lot will be on the right, under the I-5 bridge.
2. Southbound I-5: Exit 169, left onto 45th St., cross I-5, go right (south) onto Roosevelt, follow Roosevelt across the University Bridge. Take a slight left onto Harvard Ave. E and the entrance to our parking lot is on the right just before you reach E Allison St.
3. From the Eastside, take Highway 520 West: Take the Roanoke St/Harvard Ave exit, just before I-5. Continue straight through the traffic light onto Harvard Ave. Once you cross E Allison St., our parking lot will be on the left, under the I-5 bridge.

From the parking lot, cross Eastlake Ave E and walk north about one block north (towards the University Bridge). Our office is in the brown building at the corner of Eastlake Ave E and Fuhrman Ave E.

Disabled Parking Directions

1. Disabled parking is available on a limited basis in the small parking lot next to our building.
2. Disabled Parking Directions Northbound I-5: Exit 169, right onto 45th St., right (south) onto Roosevelt, follow Roosevelt across the University Bridge. Stay in the right lane and the parking lot entrance will be on the right, just south of our building (for disabled parking only).
3. Disabled Parking Directions Southbound I-5: Exit 169, left onto 45th St., cross I-5, go right (south) onto Roosevelt, follow Roosevelt across the University Bridge. Stay in the right lane and the parking lot entrance will be on the right, just south of our building (for disabled parking only).
4. Disabled Parking Directions from the Eastside: Take Highway 520 West. Take the Roanoke St/Harvard Ave exit, just before I-5. Continue straight through the traffic light onto Harvard Ave. Continue on Harvard Ave. to the bottom of the hill, then continue onto Eastlake Ave. and take an immediate left into the parking lot entrance just south of our building (for disabled parking only).
