Daniel is a Washington native who initially envisioned a future in baseball, even earning an offer to play at a Division I college, before a medical mission trip to Honduras shifted his path toward medicine.
He attended the University of Washington, earning his bachelor’s degree in physiology. During this time, he worked as a clinical assistant at Seattle Spine & Sports Medicine, gaining early exposure to patient care and the multidisciplinary approach that continues to shape his practice today. He also volunteered with the Seattle Dance and Performing Arts Clinic and assisted with sports physicals for the Seattle Seawolves.
Daniel went on to attend the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he developed a strong foundation in osteopathic medicine and a more comprehensive approach to patient care. He pursued family medicine for its broad scope and ability to care for patients across all stages of life.
He returns to Seattle Spine & Sports Medicine as a physician in August 2026, a meaningful full-circle moment after beginning his journey there as a clinical assistant. In addition to his family medicine training, Daniel is completing advanced training in sports medicine and interventional pain under the mentorship of Dr. Richard Seroussi. This unique combination allows him to integrate procedural expertise with a broader, more comprehensive approach to patient care.
Daniel brings a distinct approach, combining procedural skills with the wide-ranging perspective of a family medicine physician. He performs specialized procedures while also managing the broader aspects of each patient’s health and recovery.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, and spending time with their two Siberian huskies.
