Daniel Seroussi, LMHCA

Daniel Seroussi, MA, LMHCA is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who provides therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. He works with clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, traumatic brain injury, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and challenges related to identity, self-worth, and emotional regulation. Daniel is particularly passionate about helping people who feel stuck despite years of insight or self-reflection, guiding them beyond simply understanding their patterns toward creating meaningful and lasting change. While he has a special interest in working with men navigating issues related to identity, masculinity, and shame, he welcomes clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.

Before transitioning into full-time therapy, Daniel spent more than six years working in psychological and neuropsychological assessment. He has administered comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults referred for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, traumatic brain injury, learning differences, FAA pilot licensing, and court-ordered matters. This experience gives him a unique perspective on how neurodevelopment, trauma, personality, and life experiences shape the way people think, feel, and relate to others, allowing him to help clients make sense of longstanding patterns with both depth and compassion.

Daniel earned his master's degree from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology and completed his clinical internship at MultiCare Child & Family Support Unit, where he provided counseling to children, adolescents, and families. His therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based interventions. He is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
